Milk Factory Gallery Exhibition
My artworks are also still on display at the Milk Factory Gallery in Bowral, NSW. If you are travelling in the Southern Highlands region of NSW, drop into Bowral and visit the gallery. It is a beautiful town and a really great gallery. There are so many wonderful artworks on display.
Watershed Gallery, Pokolbin, NSW
The Watershed Gallery in Hunter Valley Wine Country Region in NSW has more of my artworks and many more wonderful artworks by Australian artists. It is a must see gallery if you are visiting the Hunter Valley.
CSTUDIOS Art Gallery, Newcastle, NSW
CSTUDIOS Art Gallery in Newcastle is located in the west end of Newcastle. It has a few of my artworks, namely 'Lucy - the Red-tailed Black Cockatoo' and lots of artworks by talented local artists. It is located in the former Bellevue Hotel, directly across from the historical Bank Corner building.
Last night I started a painting of a Gang Gang Cockatoo. As far as I am concerned, the cheeky little fella jumped the queue!
Not sure what inspired me to throw myself into this particular species. I have already painted a pair of these beautiful birds recently, who knows, I'll go with it!
I have completed the Little Corella, Long-billed Corella, a Red Wattlebird, a pair of Crimson Rosellas and I am preparing for another colour filled painting of some Crested Pigeons. I have had may wonderful suggestions of what I could also do next, so thank you to those who have contributed. As I said in my previous email, something furry is also on the cards and it is getting closer to being ready to jump onto a canvas.
Hope you all had a wonderful colour-filled Autumn and are not feeling the cold too badly. It is so lovely to be able to rug up in front of our warm fire. Maybe this is why my studio hasn't had me in it much of late...
Kind regards,
Ebony
